It has to have a classic look and looks very clean cut. Has to be affordable. I'm having trouble finding a good one... I was hoping if anyone know of any could suggest one (either pen or mechanical pencil).

just buy a cheap one, they aren't exactly rocket science. Go to your local office supply store and pick one out.
