ps4's gpu has a theoretical output of 1.84 tflops while xbox one has only 1.2 tflops?

ps4's uses ddr5 and xbox only uses ddr3?

ignoring exclusives which are too hard to predict (although ps3 offered way more as far as exclusives go) and all the media options which xbox has. i ihave a pc there's no reason for me to have all those features the xbox has.
