If you're taking protein power, it's always good to get both Whey and Casein. You take Casein usually early morning, and mid-late afternoon. You take Whey right after your workout, or within 30 minutes.

This is right, but you need to stay away from chicken and red meat if you're going to be doing that much protein a day. Fish is your friend
