You make the choice to continue smoking. If you think a few months of discomfort even fucking up at work isn't worth years of your life then thats your issue. I'd gladly get fired and go through withdrawals for months to greatly reduce my risk of getting cancer.

If someone offered you a million dollars to quit smoking you'd do it without a problem.

If someone said they were going to shoot you in the head if you smoked another cigarette and you believed them you'd never do it again.
