I developed a greasemonkey script, which allows you to hide the posts of any user.

If you want to use it, you have to install the Firefox add-on called "grease monkey". You can find this here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/
Afterwards you have to add my script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/109933

For all chrome users

there is a simple way how you can use my script.
you need to install a chrome extension called TamperMonkey, you can get it here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo
afterwards you can just go to my userscript link ( http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/109933 ) and install the script. (you have to press the install button on the left side or in the middle.)
right now i can't tell you where chrome/tampermonkey stores the value for the color, but i can try to find it out.
i will keep you updated, atleast you can use it now with chrome

I made some updates now. The blocked post have a similar style like the "Inappropriate Post Content" posts and also you can toggle to show or hide every specific post of a blocked user. Also some people told me, that they would like to have another color for the "Block Posts" link. This can be changed by the user in the about:config now!
