there should be a way to send it as a text message from your verizon.com account. I remember doing it back in the day when I didn't have internet on ym phone.

ill have to ask my mom tmrw to give me the acc name and pw

its really impossible for us to say without know who your carrier is and what kind of plan you are on


i know AOL will let you send texts to cell phones, but if texts are not free on your phone it would cost money


also a lot of newer phones come with cables that plug directly into your PC
