What is that

Very good action RPG from the guys who made Titan's quest. Just needs more players! And possibly a closed server

What's the end game like

They are developing a 'survival mode' (Like surviving a horde of monsters every wave until you die or quit)

The game has 3 difficulties like diablo 2 Normal/Elite/Ultimate. In ultimate the monsters become much stronger and there are more elites, side areas etc. Crafting becomes more important

You can also PvP but there aren't enough people to take it seriously. Basically the end-game is similar to Diablo 2, just a little longer. I've been playing ~100 hours and there's no shortage of things to do

Edit: Just reading a little bit, it seems like it would cost them ~1 million dollars to develop a closed server. I'm not sure that they will do it

Is there a trading system

yes you can trade, as long as you don't add 'augmentations' to your items as that will make them soulbound

kind of looks like path of exile
