Since then... Usa is in debt and Canada keep raising their level and became freedom fighters.

Yet Usa try to claim they are stronger but never attempted to raid Canada again. Guess they learned their lesson

I am part of the country, it is part mine as a citizen so yes "WE" is appropriate. Its called patriotism and being a part of.

Hence the presidents sayign "We as americans" "Our military"
