since the group in tie breaker at 8 pts each then you will do the following duels :

Team USA vs Team Ger02
Team Italy vs Team USA
Team Ger02 vs Team Italy

duels will be played ft2 and the 2 teams with least rounds lost / most rounds won will proceed

go fast and post results once complete
