Hello, Welcome to Keiga's High Level Queen Black Dragon Guide.

Table of Contents:
Phase One
Phase Two
Phase Three
Phase Four

As this fight has four different phases, I will be separating the guide into multiple posts.

For starters, lets state some basic information about her.

The Queen Black Dragon is a powerful dragon slumbering at the bottom of the Grotworm Lair. She was the first dragon ever created, created by the Dragonkin Kerapac. 60 Summoning is required to enter her chamber, an area that can only be accessed alone. Waking her and fighting her effectively requires practice, apt reflexes, and decent gear. Returning her to slumber rewards the player with a hefty reward and additionally Slayer experience if assigned a black dragon task. She and Nex share the third-highest combat level in the overworld, following the Kalphite King and Vorago.

The quest Song from the Depths is not required to enter, but it reduces damage taken from the Queen Black Dragon.

Now, lets get to the gear and inventory.

And for your familiar, something along these lines:

The Queen Black Dragon has a couple of unique attacks. She spawns tortured souls, shoots giant firewalls at you, and has an extremely hot breath attack. We will go over each attack in the specific phase.

Here are the profits I made while making this guide taking the screenshots, so you can get a general idea of your profits:

Phase One

There are no soul spawns whatsoever. The QBD will only use her Ranged attack, her Melee attack (if the player is more than one square above the northernmost artefact), and the occasional singular fire wall.
The correct artefact to activate at the end of this stage is the northernmost one, in the center of the fighting platform.

When you are fighting, make sure to keep an eye on your prayer and your super antifire. The prayers you use will be turmoil and soulsplit.

When she does the firewall attack, here is an example of where the gap is at you need to stand between to avoid damage:

Here is the correct artefact for phase one, located in the center:

Phase Two

The QBD will use all of her previous attacks along with an occasional summoning of one tortured soul. Fire walls now come in groups of two at a time when she uses them.
The correct artefact for this stage is to the south-west. A magical platform allowing access to it will have appeared at the start of this stage.

Here is where the soul spawns. As soon as it spawns, it uses it's special attack which deals 1,000 damage to you. You can avoid this by running and making it hit the soul itself, but I find it is better to just tank it.

Here is where the second Artefact is:

Phase Three
This Phase is where it starts to get 'hard'.
This QBD can now temporarily either harden her carapace or enter crystalline form. Two souls will be summoned everytime she needs to. Fire walls appear in groups of three. Along with that, she is now able to siphon the souls to heal herself if they linger in the field too long.
The next correct artefact is the south-eastern one. Similarly to the second artefact, a glowing platform will have arrived at the start of this stage.

When the souls spawn, as usual I think it is best to ignore them and use flurry to kill them both when they are next to you.

When she enters the Hardened Carapace form she is resistant to melee. It only lasts for 1 minute tops, or if you finish the phase she returns to normal.

The two souls spawning and her Crystallized form:

The Crystal for end of Phase Three:

Phase Four

All attacks from previous stages remain available. Time Stop and Extreme Dragon Breath are now potential attacks, and soul spawns will come in fours. The fire wall attack is unchanged.
The fourth and final artefact is to the direct south, between the second and third

Once she summons her souls, as always I just tank it. Use flurry to try to kill them off. This phase is tricky, when she uses her Extreme Dragon Breath attack make sure to run to one of the sides.

If you see one of the souls teleport to a corner, kill him immediately. He will say the following:
"Kill me mortal...quickly! HURRY! BEFORE THE SPELL IS COMPLETE!"
"Time is short!"
"She is pouring her energy into me...hurry!"
"The spell is nearly complete!<---if he says this, either kill him now or prepare to be frozen.

Soul chanting the Time Stop:

Extremely Hot Flames and where to stand:

The end of the battle and fourth Artefact:

After this you enter the center that raises up and you are done. Congratulations, you killed the Queen.

I hope this guide helps. She is currently about 6m profit per hour and using this guide you can get 2-3 minute kills. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.
