Recommended Phone Requirements:
Android device (Not sure about apple devices but they may work the same as androids. You can try. I simply do not know.)
Unlimited* 4G LTE connection OR 5 MBPS+ Wifi connection
---3G will work but you may experience extreme lag which will make the game unbearably hard to play.
Teamviewer App (Found in the Google Play Store, or apple store)
720p screen or better
*Data usage will be extremely high so an unlimited package is recommended.

Recomended Computer Requirements:
5 MBPS+ Upstream Internet connection
Be able to leave your computer on with and internet connection while you are away
Teamviewer 8 must be installed and set-up with a personal access password and left on all the time

My phone: HTC Droid DNA with Verizon Wireless unlimited LTE data.

How to setup Teamviewer 8 for your computer
1. First things first... Make sure you have the correct version of Teamviewer installed on your computer. You can google "Teamviewer" and find the website on google and download it from their website. (I'm not going to say the website because it is an outside link)
2. After you have downloaded the application and started it, you will be prompted to either INSTALL or RUN the program. Make sure you INSTALL the program.
3. After you agree to their terms of service, you will be asked if you want to remotely access the computer that you are installing Teamviewer on. Make sure to click the circle that says YES.
4. After the installation is finished, you will be prompted to setup the unattended access.
5. Make your computer name anything you want but be sure to remember your password!
6. The next screen will ask if you want to create a Teamviewer account. I highly recommend that you do this to make it safer and easier to do! Also, keep yourself signed in when asked!
7. The setup is now complete for your computer!
8. The 9 digit ID number will be the number that you use in the future for connecting from your mobile device.
9. Ignore the random password that appears on the screen under your ID number!!!

How to setup Teamviewer for your Android device.
1. Download and install the app from the Google Play store. (Or apple store if you're trying this on an apple device)
2. After you have installed the app, you will be prompted to enter your partner's ID (Your computer). If you did not make an account, you can simply put the 9 digit code in that spot and press remote control and enter your specified password and you can skip to step 4. If you made an account with Teamviewer, you should press "computers" at the bottom and login.
3. After you log in, make sure to add your computers ID to the list of computers by clicking the little computer monitor with a plus sign next to it. Input the 9 Digit code for the Teamviewer ID and your specified password. You can also name your computer as well.
4. After you are connected to your computer, the instructions on how to use your mouse efficiently will appear on screen.
5. You can now fully control your computer! Use the controls on your phone to familiarize yourself with the app and what buttons do what.
6. Enjoy!

Known problems:
Rotating the camera can be difficult but is possible when opening the additional keyboard buttons (after opening the regular keyboard) at the top in the Teamviewer app on your phone. This is perhaps the most annoying part about playing on your mobile device.
Average ping will be between 100-500 so don't expect it to be instant when you click!
Typing has its usual texting problems. Be aware of the letters you type as you can see in the picture, It's hard to do sometimes!

WARNING: This is for extremely CASUAL RuneScape playing. I strongly advise you to do safe things (skilling) when playing such as mining, woodcutting, fishing, or simply safe combat training.

Also, this does not break any of the official RuneScape rules.
