CONTAGION

you're baseborn.
trapped, in a lonely apostatic realization
with all the horrors that poured there
to keep you safe from the stars,
while you felt the earth and sky consume you.

you begged,
and begged, for the white worms
to nullify your glitter-tinted reality
(ultimately ephemeral; so be it)
and now we're here to see it through.

you, with a legion of woes.
we, softspoken.

you, with a legion of woes.
we, softspoken.

there are none so vile as i will;
blessed be the sun.
blessed be the sun.

CHILDHOOD

the threads of my adolescence were waxing into memory,
when you poured into me:
intravenous, nostalgic and pure.
an innocent witness to far-flung furnaces, uncountably many;
with you, i drift into myself, nothing black-tongue tainted nor foreign to me,
whither violet midnight skies have penetrated into the waking world,
and i know the scent of soil intimately.

I sincerely envy your talent.

Are there any pieces of literature that have greatly influenced your writing style?
How do you write the way you do? :P

well, first he starts recording. then he chugs a bunch of bleach. later, he writes down whatever random crap was recorded while he was loony. then he deletes every other line.

presto! instant poetry.

thank you for your kind words!

i take great inspiration from hp lovecraft and acid bath. my approach to poetic structure is mainly influenced by edgar allan poe and varg vikernes, but are also chosen to depict a particular mood or tone for whatever i'm wirting.

thanks for reading :D

e: also, i haven't been writing much ever since gw2 came out. i've been shunning all of my responsibilities to play spvp.

Now that you mention it, i think all my friends that are playing GW2 are pretty much doing the same thing. Must be a pretty awesome game. :P

In any case, thanks for the awesome poetry. Looking forward to reading more of your work if there ever is any :D

HAZELNUT

surreal,
we are together
repeat,
we are together
forever,
we are forever
lying,
to eachother, together

is she happy because i left her?
or did i leave her because she's happy?

she loves company, and i love her, too.

i can't even feel it;
dead to the sun
she burnt the walls to the ground around me,
she forced my hand to the key
but keep my secrets locked away
so truly dead to the sun
so beautifully dead to the sun

I MISS YOU, SEAN

a lunatic in gilded lace
sterile twilight dominion
phantoms with your glistening face
drowned in opiate oceans,
and damned to haunt this place
my stomach churned to motion
my bowels are making pace
and thanks to my devotion:
'til death; you won the race.

you were never Long for this world.

ALISON

i was consumed, i loved you
for your intensity
and your words that soaked me through
your warm, hipnotic eyes
and the way you outshine the pale moonlight
i wish you wished you wished us the best
