consider adding a few links in this area (or maybe somewhere else) to go to your favourite forums.

could add up to 5 or so to keep the clutter down. makes it easy to get to your preferred trading areas and other forums with less scrolling and misclicks.

You can collapse forum categories by clicking the arrow to the right of the Forum name and you can track any subforum as a whole in the bottom left of the webpage effectively making your tracker a list of favorites. Also you already have a favorites bar built into your preferred browser. At the moment I don't see this being a good use of dev time based on what I've mentioned.

I was thinking mostly for the mobile experience

or alternatively, to adjust the existing links along the top bar: rules, help, forum gold FAQ, live streams, etc. so we can deselect certain links and add custom ones

You can basically create your own favorites list. Under tools you have a notepad. In the notepad, you can find the links you want to visit often, add them in there and then give it a hyperlink and name it whatever you want, so that way you can just open notepad and click on the area to want to go pretty easily.
