I'm pretty active in general chat and It would be cool to see a feature that relays the information that the post was helpful.

It would help the original poster find a good answer, it would help other people seeking the same problem find the good answer.

It's called "The Original Poster Found This Post To be Helpful!". Users get no type of credit or points on this, thus it can't be abused.

The thread creator just clicks button on the helpful post "Helpful".
