70kb is next to nothing and i believe its completely retarded to have a limit that low in 2013. In 2005 or so i could completly understand it, it would take quite some time for low-end internet connections to load it. Today everyone on JSP should have internet connection enough to load 100kb imagine in a split second.

Id say put the rule to something like 250kb. Many other sites allow larger pictures such as;



This image is 83kb, and doesnt fit under the rule(Mod PMd me told me to remove from my signature - It updates based on a database on another website incase you do not play runescape or are familar with such images)

I used it for so many other forums who have limits of 250kb, 400kb and even 2mb.

Id say change the rule, we dont live in early 2000 anymore.

I kinda know it wont happen, D2JSP is too old fashioned and affraid of changes to change a rule now that the rule doesnt make sense
