The idea is to be able to get rid of the old threads you are done with, by clicking a button similar to that of a 'Request Mediator'.
The button would flag your topic as finished, that Trade Assistants and Mods can see, and get them out of the active threads.

Spamming of the button may be used.
And is potentially very hard to use. Not everyone on jsp is legit :)

I imagine it would only be able to flag your thread once,
any click after that would just say 'this topic is already flagged to be closed'

Been suggested and denied, isn't necessary in my opinion, with the amount of reports already in the queue it will just add to it and would take them awhile to close it possibly anyways. Just stop posting in your thread and let it go into the archives.

I refuse to allow this to persuade my opinion.
Mods aren't necessary for this idea to work fully.
