First pic shows the actual one and the second pic would be my suggestion.

Suggestion (watch left side , the red dots) :

Imo its very useful , because if you have many topics in your tracker , but you feel like bumping / posting only in one forum you can 'minimize' the others.
Lmk what u think about it.

but wat about instead of minimizing the ones u dont need atm, you could rearrange em?

that way u keep ur most important towards the top
and visa versa imo
