There should be a vault for a guild to be able to share.
Once you are high enough rank in the guild ( to keep randoms stealing ) you would be given access to withdraw/deposit items.
Or even the GM gives you a privledge to enter the vault.

The Vault would cost maybe XXX a month of fg for XX amount of spots.

When a slasher wants to withdraw an item he/she wont be able to get it right away, they would have to wait for the GM to log on and accept it. ( through LS )
so basically it would be like a pending status.
( this would also help keep scammers from scamming, because it would be the GMS fault to trust them or not )

Already been suggested and addressed by Paul.
He said for the time being, he has no plans for this as it cannot really work out.
As for my opinion, it would be nice, but is only another way for people to scam and get scammed. So it's not something I can really support. The Guild transfer vault is good enough in my opinion and does the job.

thats why only the GM would be able to approve the pending.
