Having a search feature on the Scammer Accusations forum so we could search for people would be very useful for newer members.

Doesn't make much difference for me as I can get about anyone but a mediator to give first, but it might help newer people avoid getting scammed.

As is, it's too hard to find someone in there.

There are already stickied threads.

There are lots of locked threads there so having a search button is pointless.

Absolutely not, it would just encourage more false accusations for slander and to discredit traders who have not been proven guilty of anything. Use a mediator.
