It wouldn't be hard to separate the differences between strikeout and color options.
Inclusion/exclusion lists are an ugly complication. There is significant negative value in unnecessarily introducing them.

Not to mention I don't think many people are going to abuse strikeout.
When users realize which options can exploit the filters, do you think this will continue to be the case?

As for the "bold/red/underlined" portion of FT LIST; you could as well leave the "text option buttons" above the text box that can act differently than having an actual board text settings as I have come up with so that this problem can be avoided. Also anyone who abuses the system could very easily have it taken away from them if it becomes a problem for an extended amount of time or permanently if it continues. But thanks for the use of profanity and trying very hard to read extremely deep into this to attempt to dispute me but did not do very well. Your post for profanity has been reported.

So from an implementation perspective, d2jsp would have to start storing and retrieving the default text stylization options for
every single user from its database. Yea, how about no.
If you want to see custom stylization, replace the current stylesheet with your own.

I like the idea of allowing users to choose to ignore stylized post content.
This is also the only part of the suggestion that I like. However, as mentioned above, it's trivially solved with custom CSS.
