i think that people should be able to pay fg to have their warn removed. kinda like a bail

like 1000 fg to remove 10% or something.

The whole purpose of a warn is to pose a punishment for violating the rules... being able to pay xxxfg to have that warn removed completely undermines the entire premise of the warn system & entices members to blatantly violate the rules if they have the funds to pay the fine
