So in my guild I have Administrators and in our Private human resources page I had a member make me an admin list kinda like the ones used for the site moderators.
My suggestion is we give the abilities to make select few of the guild owner's consent to create a user profile of themselves as an Admin profile.
I would have the Admin list on the left next to everything else Like so:
View Member List (64)
View Guild Charter
View Guild AdministratorsGo To Guild Chat
View Guild Topics
View Polls
Once the user clicked on this link it would take them to a page that would appear like this.

And only the user's that have access to it can make one like when you go to edit member ranks and can give certain members powers this would be an one of them.
Guild owners would be able to delete or pin them in the order of wish they would like perhaps? Lmk
