Haha I know, but he goes like I have 1 level 100 and rest are low lvl
and If I known the lvl 100 was a Rayquaza I would've done it fo sho :P

You may use any legit pokemon, idc about lvls, ima use 1x 100, 5x 99 and less

Just make the level pre-set 100. It makes all of the Pokemon 100.
