Unfortunately paint can cause a large loss of quality :/

Colours aren't the nest, but should help a lot

I used my current signature as an example, and it worked fine even with colors.
For some it may cause a loss of quality but for the majority (I've used this countless times while bringing down things to meet low kb size standards) it will be okay.
If there is a case of loss of quality, show me and i'll do it for you using photoshop.

I should make another tutorial soon for irfanview, but for now let's just wait for the sticky.

the tutorial sure is useful for the newbies who come in here and should be stickied asap
but what the hell is with the colors + title? pretty ugly + hard to read
and i don't think this one needs an antirip does it?
