file>save as jpg, reduce the numbers untill it hits the requirments lol

I pme'd zack so it should be done soon and I'm gonna make another tut, you have to remember guys not everyone has photoshop or can d/l the massive size so you need to use something free and with an easy interface.

file save as


set jpeg quality to your choice that way it will be under kb limit but not super low

But Dont make Senior Mods Pinn topics and so on, they got worse shit to deal with(*cough cough rippers cough*) lol, well actually worse then that
So if it takes this long to get rippers dealt with, it will probally be some time to get a pinned topic
