Post two or three choices that you would like to become the new mediator. Keep in mind that Havocide is a competent mediator as well. Merle has been pretty burnt out on bets, so we will definitely need another one to help him along. If this thread gets closed, please PM me with the subject: "New Med Nominations". Self-nominations are allowed. If you send me more than three nominations, I will only count the first 3. Once the results are in, I'll take the top few selections and we'll hold a vote... hopefully this will let you guys decide who you trust with your FG. Please let me know of any suggestions.

I apologize for putting the community in this situation on the fly but during this lull in activity this is a great time to rehash things.

I am unable to edit posts, so that means I will be posting again with some of the candidates I would LOVE to see taking a big step up to help the community.

People I feel would make good mediators. (and I should note this isn't solely based on trust but also the ability to serve the community and be fair to all)

There is always a time to pass the torch on, but the biggest thing is whom the community wants. I'd fully endorse any member on my list that the community also embraces.

everyones opinion is important on this matter since who people entrust is obviously a reason to use a med, but i think if the med community, aka you guys who med on this forum come up with the best candidate(s) that's probably the best person. if people entrust you with their fg, that means they at least respect your trustworthiness and word, and that word i would think would be translated to them trusting who you trust. who knows tho

Heh, I was looking over the "active" list. so there are other members that contribute to the community like theduds07 that were not mentioned but there as so many positive "up and commers" (and I only mean that based on time in this forum) that things should still go smoothly.

You were another user I mulled over for awhile, (to add to my list) there are so many good choices in this community it was hard to comb over a list and click yes/no to.

I'm not going to restrict it to just actives, since people like "theduds" have been actively participating in this forum. Some people may just not care to submit their bets... after all, I imagine it's a pain to find them. So far... other than Fat's nominees, we have JordinaryGuy.
