And, memory *did* serve correct. He started off at Red Dragon Karate, and still has associations with them.

Red Dragon is pretty much every McDojo stereotype you can think of. Kid blackbelts, lots of punching at air and loud kiai, light contact "point" sparring, and students with HORRIBLE attitudes that all believe they possess "the deadly."

I've spoken with more than a few Red Dragon students. To a person, current students all thought they were Billy Bad@ss.

Though, to a person, all ex-students were disgruntled with the Red Dragon experience. ;)

My step brother goes to a McDojo, he said he can get into a "special" program where he could get his black belt in 1 year but it costs like 2k ^^ lul
