Do you have any physical goal in mind? Let me know specifically as much as you can so I can best advise you. (Example: fight experience, athletic experience/current routine, etc.)

welterweight how did u become a ufc fighter? Its pretty popular here at our school because all the cool jocks do it and all the girls are drooling over ufc fighters. So I thought maybe I join one of the UFC club at our school so that I can get the ladies too. Just hope that one day I can be as great as you though.
I weight 236lbs atm. You think it possible for me to cut to 205 and fight this UFC champ at my school?

Howdy there! First off, I am not a UFC fighter, however I do train in MMA and train a lot at the gym. If this is a serious and valid question, I can help you cut down to 205 lbs.

I will need some more information:

-Weight: 236 lbs
-Age:
-Height:
-Diet:
-Physical Routines:

Thanks for the previous information...would you please tell me your fitness goal?

Are you looking to cut down? Stay at Heavyweight?

-What is your height?
-Have you had any previous experience in MMA or any form of martial art?

How would you compare soda to beer in terms of weight gain? I dropped sugary beverages a while back so that I could drink more, but I'm not sure it's really working out. I'm 6'1, 155 lbs, 21 years old, and do little physical activity aside from 1-2 visits to the gym a week to play racket ball and run a mile or so. I do drink ALOT of beer though, 1-3 forties a day. What might be some basic things i can do/not do to keep my belly from expanding that doesn't envolve cutting out the carbs? Anyways, soda vs. beer, any clue there?
