which is fastest? java or smite?

Both are very fast, I would recommend a Smiter however.

Most of the guides for Ubers are nearly perfect for Diablo Clone, with a few slightly different priorities, some resistances and stats aren't as useful, some are more useful, etc.

smite is better imo

This. I had Java for ~100fg on HC and Dc was easy on it. Smite is boring one :/

With a decent java you can kill him in 1 second.
You can kill him within 5 strikes.

A smiter cannot even do something close to do that
