Heal monk must know when to lead the team to move, IE when palm explode and mobs are cleared 70-80% its time to move to next pack.
Knows how to pull the mobs out of arcane for the hota barb + me (swk monk) so that its easier to engage. Yellow elites if hp is too thick = skip,
Thats the most important and most basic, if u need me to type and lead you and tell you when to move off, i guess u shouldnt join in this team.
Sorry but i have enough of retard heal monks who doesnt know when is the right time to move.

Pull barb must know when we engage in an open area, its time for him to harpoon in all the mobs in the surroundings.
When fighting RG, he must be constantly pulling in mobs if the RG can summon mobs.
When yellow elite is around 10-15% health, and no more remaining mobs to explode, know how to pull the yellow elite into the next pack
if that is needed.

Hota barb : nothing to say, just deal your dps, and when there's arcane, know how to side step not tank.

MOST IMPORTANT : DONT AFK INSIDE A MOTHER EFFING GREATER RIFT, that happened to me when i was pubbing. most dumb thing i ever seen,
if you arent free to play, feel free to say and leave the team, or join back later. Dont sabotage the whole team just because you aint free, and you didnt state it before we start the rift.

After this wall of text, what i am saying, i dont need liabilities, my swk monk has 1 of the most % cold dmg gears (-1% from gungdo) perfect % palm on helm and boots. u cant find any better except an ancient gungdo with 20% cold.
Even my sunwuko shines (amulet) is top tier.

And one more thing which I hate, sorry but I have to say first, if you want to get ready before a greater rift round, dont take more than 2 mins to swap gear and gems.
Time is precious to me and I dont like to wait.

With that said, if you think you fit this criteria, post your btags. Sorry for this stringent criteria, but u want a good game, i want a good game too. So only good players who are efficient will be in.
I will only add you after inspecting your profile on diabloprogress, therefore i'll click on update and make sure your build is the most current.
Even when i added you, and found that in game you dont perform well, i'll just remove.

have SWK monk and hota barb both fairly nicely geared, making heal monk and zdps barb as we speak... would probably prefer to pull monk when i finish gearing him since most of them seem not to know when to move

not to be a dick here, but i prefer pple with perfect gears + know how to play.

helm boots all must have perfect 15% of whatever class(most likely you are hota), 6% cc on helm.
amulet must be 20/90/9 minimum. or anywhere close. not str 10 100. thats lesser dps.

u are good, but not to the extent of pushing top rifts. once u have the gear i'll be happy to have u in my list =)

I dont need another swk monk as i am one too, with the right and perfect gear.

how high have u gotten this season? i might be interested but not playing if your not experienced and just have good gear

if i can list out the above things to do, on all classes, u think i duno how to play this game?? then u can dont add me since u think im not experienced in d3

Why are you so hostile towards people who are offering to play with you? If you don't wanna play with them, don't tell them they are bad for not having perfect gear. Free bump for you though.

if im able to list out things that what different class / builds should do, i definitely have a concept on how to play this game right and get it done fast.

with that said, im not a streamer but at least i reviewed streamers video to know what to do and do it efficiently with the right gears.

just because u can write down something doesn't mean that u have experience playing.
so your asking around for good experienced players but wont say how much experience u have? cant answer a simple question of what g rift level you've been?
