Valve enabled duping again "accidently"(pretty sure this was a inside job it can't be possible they accidently make a new dupe every few months) thanks to ruling regarding trading gifts that get revoked.

This means you can dupe in a few easy steps:

1. Make a smurf account and buy a gift on it

2. Trade the gift for the skins you want duped on your main account

3. Transfer the skins to a third account

4. Revoke the gift and contact steam support on your main account and you get your skins back duped and the third account still have the original skins

but with a smurf account that doesn't matter

it surprised me that the person working the ticket would actually refund a trade that consisted of a DRAGON LORE VS. $7 copy of csgo

Yeah and the valve support worker didn't realise this enabled a dupe when making this rule of returning the items?

That is why I suspect it is a inside job someone in valve support making hundreds of thousands of dollars extra money like this per year.

And a smurf account that doesn't matter costs like 10$ and you can dupe thousands of dollars worth of skins with it before it gets banned.
