So I wanted to make a trade on CSGOLounge, and the guy added me, sent me a link to steamcommunity, but I never realised it wasnt spelt right.
Anyways, my account got scammed and now I want to report him steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198121435650

Sorry to hear that but nobody can do nothing about it here on d2jsp, go make a support ticket on the steam website. If you have purchased games through a credit card or paypal you can easily verify your information and get your steam account back. PM me if you need any more assistance

same exact shit happen to me, open a ticket on steam, send them proof of purchase for as many games as possible.

Alright thanks guys, opened a ticket, unfortunately, 2 of my friends on steam friend list got scammed cause the guy told them the exact same thing under my account..

Yea they take super long, so long to where it is very frustrating. This happened to me about 5 years ago and I believe it still has not changed. Give them about 3 days for a response try to give as much details as possible. Let them know you have credit information at hand so they can be prepared to receive your info so the process can go faster.

I gave them everything I could, CSGO Cd-key, transaction ID from when I bought it and blah blah, hope they changed their way of answering tickets.
Would be faster if they paid more attention to those who get scammed, other than give it to those who asks how to buy a game.

They're generally pretty good - from what I've heard they have the ability to get all your items back.


Might take a while but it can be done.
