Top score every game. 3 kdr or better
Team work average. I follow people's calls and stick together. Cover spots that others ignore...

And we lose every game...

I'm back into gold stars, yet I get a teammate who goes 0/1/18... in 23 rounds.
He has 1 point under score...

Not a single kill... assisted for 1 kill in one of the 26 rounds? He didn't afk at all...

I don't understand, should my team just vote kick every time we get someone horrible? Will a bot be any better?

The elo ranking system in the game is retarded, its more based off how many wins you get with a touch of how well your kdr goes in game.

I would kick these players, tell bot to hold position, and when someone decent dies take control of the bot.

Competitive's match making is a bad joke. It is only fun if you play with a couple people you know, imo.
