Price Checking Guidelines and Requirements

• This service is only covering Runescape Price Check Related questions.
• This sticky is for you to ask what a service or item(s) are worth, please do post anything else here.
• Please only post if you are looking for a price check, or are an approved Runescape Trading Price Checker.
• If you do not receive an answer at once, do not quote your price check to "bump" it. Someone will get to you as soon as possible.
• If someone helped you, dont hesitate to write a thank you in a private message - Every helper loves to hear there great effort is appreciated.
• Please post all the necessary information for an accurate price check. Include all information you can that is relevant.

Runescape Price Checker Guidelines and Requirements

• You must know, understand, and watch the mechanics of the Runescape Trading economy.
• You must not price check something you are not sure of, relay the price check onto another appoved price checker.
• You may ask to be taken off the list at anytime, we understand if you don't wish to continue - and appreciate all the work you have put in!
• Being on the list demands responsibility and honesty. As a price checker on this list and also in general terms, you should always behave correctly and not abuse your position for personal profit.
• Example: Price checking a job very high, so that you or your friend can earn some extra forum gold.
• We do understand accidents happen, but we will be watching to see that all values are fullfilled.
• For the case the values are not fulfilled any more, you will be removed from the list.

How to become an Approved Runescape Price Checker

• You must have been apart of D2Jsp for more than 6months and have over 500posts.
• You must private message Textbook an honest message that includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • How long have you been around here, what have you done in the past?
  • Do you have special fields you are experienced in?
  • Do you play Runescape, if so for how long?
  • How often do you play?
  • What are your values, and how do you think you show them?
  • Do i have enough time for this?
  • Why do i want to do this?
  • Show examples of you willing to spend your time helping others, be it in the Runescape Section, General Help, or any of the forums!
• When Textbook recieves your message he will discuss with a council of respected, honorable and experienced/active users who will vote and decide which application will be approved and which will not.
• Do NOT try to persuade any member of the council or ask how they voted, this will lead to an automatic rejection of your application and possibly future applications.

How to become approved continued, and the Council Process

• The council will review any and all application once per a week ( set for now ), to vote on the people that applied to become a price checker.
  Possible votes are:
  • YES ( accepted to the list )
  • NO ( not accepted to the list )
  • Null Vote (I do not know this person and can not judge him)
• In either case, the council members can give as detailed comments reasoning their vote as they want to.
• The following are the possible outcomes:
  • If the majority is reached, we will inform the person that they are now an approved price checker. During your first week you will be watched, and discussed to determine if you are still fit for the position. The person will be added to the list as soon as possible. ( usually 2-3 days after the council )
  • If the majority is not reached, but there are several null votes, we will inform the person that we generally do not know much about him and thus are not able to judge him.
    The person has the chance to introduce himself better e.g. by a more detailed application with information about him,
    helping in the official forums/irc/ladder slasher etc during the next couple of weeks or adding quotes where he helped others with price checks e.g. via pm.
    Afterwards the person can receive a new chance to write an application for the next month or when he feels ready for it.
  • If a person reaches a majority of NO votes, he will not have the chance to apply during the next couple of weeks,as we think he is not suitable to be listed there for certain reasons.
    We will inform the person of the result and our reasoning in an objective and constructive way, so the person has the chance to improve as well and may apply some time later.
• In any case, we will neither post the exact numbers of the vote nor argue on it. The results themselves will not be made public, but being told to each applicant via pm.

Ratio on dung xp. 136 cb, 2014 total, prom 2h and hood binded. Berserker ring.

depends on what level you are, ive seen from 1:50-1:250 depending on all stats etc

Yeah , my real speciality is Dungeoneering
So at the current combat level i gather you have pretty good stats
So here is a rough ratio
Not everyone will work for this price.

1 - 10 = 1 : 50xp
11 - 20 = 1 : 75xp
21 - 30 = 1 : 100xp
31 - 50 = 1 : 150xp
51 - 65 = 1 : 200xp
66 + = 1 : 250xp

not everyone will do for this price though...more so average price
