I believe what you meant to say was "You're fat, ugly and a hoe." If you are going to use the "/" then the and is not necessary. Also, I see you corrected Ladykwik's "you're" but you couldn't manage your own?

Because that apostrophe needed to be there. Nothing to do with preference.

No, I meant a comma, but Zak's right. When creating a list, its' optional to have a comma before the "and" and the last item.
