So what I am reading here is the original release of X was missing content and the remake has a good chance to include it?

PAL & International version of X had a whole slew of extra bosses (most of which were "Dark Aeons"), abilities, a modified Sphere Grid, Omega Weapon having 999,999 HP instead of 99,999 and overdrives can cause up to 50% more damage depending on how quickly you execute the move.

I'm not expecting the remake to be 100% identical to the PAL/International versions but there's some serious fuckery going on if we miss out on the Dark Aeons and Penance again.
