I refused to get excited because of what 1.0 did to me!

but this game is looking great, i've been in since part 2 of beta, and looking forward to checking out phase 3 as well. I just really hope that content-wise we have more options. There was literally nothing to do when I quit 1.0

dying to try this out, i subbed back when it was garbage im suprrised they didnt prioritize old players, FF14 looks better but if i dont get a beta to try it out i wont be buying it.

They did prioritize old members. If you payed for 3 months of time during 1.0 from the time they started the legacy campaign, you got into all the betas. But they wanted a lot of 'fresh eyes' to see and test the game out too. There is a Welcome Back Campaign when the game starts, and I believe all old members will get to try out the game again. I really encourage you to try it out! (mainly because I have faith in the dev team, and version 1 was very likable at the end - when they shut it down...)
