Is there a post somewhere that lists the current limitations of the private server?

Also I need some help from a helpful person:
Is there a place that has compiled all of the easy access requirements within ffxi like "you must acquire boarding pass before boat" and "you need astral candesence to do this" and need x amount of fame for this? Its been years... getting that out of the way would help so much...

They should just make it so we have open access and all outpost teleports automatically

What is a private server? I wasn't aware FFXI had one. Just public servers.

if you get 75 for two chars and 37 subs in two day
you are surely loosing the essence of what ffxi was all about.

Holy shit i remember going to vulk dunes and spending hours just to get my level 18 or whatever for subclass.
Sounds like that server is ruined.

none of us want to relive the ridiculous time it took to get to 75 again.

This server is about convenience, exp is at a 4x rate, and tied in with FoV books you can get 75 in 2-3 days. Then you can worry about the time consuming sink that is endgame.

If you enjoy spending 6 months to get 75, well, don't play this server

yea lvling is just mindless, getting multiple jobs to 75 was never hard just boring and time consuming to endgame players. now it can be done with way less time so you can focus on doing events, gods, dynamis ,etc and always have multiple jobs you can play as to balance your group.
