i had 2hp, and the secret
and full board
he used his 4/2 heal weap on me
and basically, earlier he did that, and it summoned a target EVEN IF he was attacking me
and this time, the very last turn, he did the same, whilst i had the same secret on
and killed me
and the secret didn't work

is that a common bug? (the guy i was talking to said it might be a bug too..)

It sounds like the secret worked earlier but it stayed there graphically. But your sentence makes no sense.

If your board is full the secret won't activate because it can't create the 2/1.

there is a bug happening with noble sacrifice, I'm not sure it is the one you're reffering to

Derp. Attention the details. FroggyG nailed it. If your board is full the secret won't activate. This can be game losing for only secret Paladins but Patron warriors as well.
