Sprint draws 4 and costs 7. This is right on par for the mana cost of drawing cards.

yah but if warlock hero power costed a card then it wouldnt be worth

arcane intellect is a card in itself and if u dident have in deck would have been a different card so 3 mana for 1 card is what you get from this card

It's a deck thinner. It increases the chance of drawing the card(s) that you want/need. I guess you could consider it being a spell for Mana Wyrm etc but it's 99% of the time used as a deck thinner.
