The only game i've ever loved was Starcraft. And Blizzard has ruined it for me. I do not enjoy playing Wings of Liberty and I have no intention of playing Heart of the Swarm or any future Starcraft game.

tablets require a pc/laptop in order to actually print or unlock or get media from anyway so just get a pc/laptop

I have a lot of 'media' at my parents house that i'll be able to bring with me on USB Data sticks. And I am pretty sure netflix you can just download straight to your tablet. So it shouldn't be a real problem. And printing i'd do at the university. And unlocking...i guess id have to unlock it at my parents place first?



one could argue for hours and never get anywhere discussing how blizzard has ruined or has not ruined starcraft. Just a personal preference.

since you're going to be going to class and taking the bus and shit (I'm assuming since that's what I do), you want something reallllllllly light and thin. i use a macbook for school/work that was just over 1k, and it was a good invest for what I use it for (iphone coding ftw).

there are tons of laptops you can get for <400, but id get something just under 1k if you actually want some decent speed/quality.

you cant really multitask like you can on a laptop/pc though. if you're really not going to ever play a game on it ever then just get a nice netbook with good battery life and something that can watch streams and shit

by multitask do you mean Watch a movie, while having microsoft word open typing up a document for school, while browsing the internet all in the same screen? Or at the same time?

Or do you mean you cant have multiple web pages open? Or only so many then it crashes/slows down


EDIT: Am I able to download music or have apps like iTunes to play music off a Tablet? Like can I get VUZE on a tablet? Or adblockers to vs youtube ads and all that shit? Do they have ads on tablet browsing?

tablets can multitask but not as good as a laptop

actually i guess if you get something with windows 8 on it you could but i really have no idea

even if you could i would still get a netbook/laptop because it has a keyboard

i've tested out the keyboard attachment for the samsung galaxy tablet, its pretty dece. My brothers gf has one.

Get a laptop... tablets are typically POS when you compare prices.

I can find you one but other CHDers will be able to help you find a better canadian deal... I can find you one but not the best one...
