*Overall, David Kim sees slight balance issues, but would prefer to do a wait-and-see approach before doing anything major.
i.e. Incontrol asked him what units he was most disappointed in. DK said if you asked him that right after launch, he would have picked Tempest and Swarmhost. Now, he says they're integral in some maps/matchups. Hellbats being a bit OP was discussed, but DK pretty much said he wants to wait until the meta-game is sorted out before doing changes again.

*It was brought up that ZvP is protoss favored by a 55-45%.
When asked about this, David said he was satisfied with the numbers, because it is not a huge imbalance.
He also notes that Protoss have trouble winning at the HIGHEST level of competition.
The ZvP matchup isn't as stale as it was in WoL, and its much more watchable.

In addition, David Kim talks about Life. When everyone thought zerg was underpowered when the game was released, Life still won. Shortly after, alot of people copied how he used lings/mutas/bangs against T. Implies that Protoss at the HIGHEST level might be facing the same issue, and says sOs is kind of a forerunner too. His style is unique, and he is having/had success in PL/GSL.

*In regards to the spore crawler change to deal with the staleness of ZvZ, Incontrol said the spore buff only delays the third a little bit, and that Mutas were mainly used for map control, etc.
David Kim said he wants to take small steps in changing this matchup. Because the spore buffs will delay the third, it leaves room for doing other potential strategies.

*David Kim mentioned that if a matchup becomes redundant and maybe not as watchable (he gives the infestor/broodlord as an example), they'll be more reluctant to do active changes to balance, or at least moreso than they did in WoL. This was brought up when Incontrol mentioned the SH/static defense playstyle.

*David Kim wanted to make the game more aggressive than it was in WoL.

*In regards to balance, alot of people are satisfied. David Kim spoke to one of the Incredible Miracles coaches and one of the Korean Broadcasters (I forgot his name), and overall, they said during the team practice sessions, they were content with how balance was. Speaks to players regularly.

*Overall, they plan on making small changes over huge ones. (ZvZ issue still remains, and the hellbat balance too), but they don't want to shift the metagame too much, and would rather take small steps into fixing the overall issue (i.e. muta v muta play).

Will write more as I try to remember what he said. Again, I watched the videos a few hours ago, so if I missed some important points or if I may have gotten the order of the examples/slight points wrong, then whatever.

the ZvP imbalance was hypothetical I'm pretty sure. Not going to re-watch but it would be badddddddddddddddd mojo for DK to talk about actual race statistics

Missed the point where PvT "might" be difficult for the terran

Yea, most of the notes I wrote was from recall, it was a good few hours between when Sotg aired live and the youtube vids were released. I said before that I may have missed some points/gotten them wrong, but just trying to help people from watching an hour worth of talk.

I think they were talking about how it becomes more difficult to be aggressive when strategies have been figured out, and that's why they increased the oracle as a better harass unit. I don't think they were talking about balance for PvT.

Edit: found it http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=playerdetailpage&v=vsSwuNHFX4A#t=641s

If this is the place you're talking about, DK gives examples of how hard it was for Toss at first against dealing with drops, but now Terrans are the ones complaining.
