Healing word is garbage, never use it. Ever....except when leveling.

i am a lvl23 noob Cleric!

Healing word is the best skill i got atm!
divine fortune allow me to build up divine power
it is almost a instant cast
it have charges instead of long duration cooldowns
i am planning to use this feat that allow to build up divine power when encounter skill comes from cooldown
so basicly, healing word will give twice as match devine power as any at-will-power
its the only heal i teoriecrafted whitout a mass cooldown or a %based life heal from feats
its the only encounter skill that can be casted twice in 3sec!
so basicly i use healing word, to get more divine-at-will-heal (whenever i need to), instead of dps+hits to get encounter-heal



plz, let us know, what skill makes healing word completly useless?
