On kt ally ultra graphics I play ~40 ms and 100+ fps


Lately I've been getting ms spikes from 1.1k-10k while maintaining ~ 90 fps.

Why's my ms spiking? Because I'm in an active Skype call with 9 others + watching a live stream in 720p?
