Need help with Dropped Frames problem

I use OBS and I'm still geting 2-5% dropped frames while streaming in 720p with 10+ upload and a beast computer :/

All the did was knock off and port back up to the pillars, it was literally impossible to stick on a target

They both could port and both could knockoff

Nah everyones pretty chill, hotted doesnt play on SM very much anymore and I think a lot of that elitistness came from him, he was good though.
