Well, I'm 2/2 so far and I'll share in my recent excitement below. Here is the most optimal way I can think of winning BMAH and I'm willing to share as I just got the one Item I wanted more than anything already.
This guide isn't for the poor and unfortunate. If you have the resources to do anything, then this is what I believe is best. Feel free to share on any improvements you see.
You will need:
- Multiple Accounts
- Capped gold on chars on each account
- Hired Goons who enjoy PVP and being bribed to join your team
If it's something you really want, the easiest way to get the item is to simply bid war yourself to cap and you win. However, if you're a bit more frugal, then this is what I did:
1) Watch the auction and begin bidding when it hits "Short Time"
2) Have one char rebid instantly while sending your other char to the mailbox to get gold
3) Have a char as an engineer to hide a mailbox under the AH stairs for shorter walks when bidding gets over 500k
4) Have your goons camp anyone who goes to the mailbox in town
5) Enjoy BMAH wins
