They found out I tried selling my account on craigslist. Luckily they're giving me a chance to redeem myself.

dont reply to that, its most likely a scam. they dont have to ask for your information, they already have it.

he already lost his account if it really is blizzard.

oh btw, blizzard specifically tells you not to respond to emails sent by them, if you've ever received one you would know.
