Wrong, hes referring to the scroll of resurrection.

And this will be unavailable for monks at launch and probably for a good couple months after release. you can get a panda.. but not a monk

you can RAF a monk up to 80 its already been stated by blizz

interesting, i was just reading the scroll of resurrection rules and they said you cant boost a monk up to lvl 80 using that bonus. wonder why they would prevent it with scrolls but allow it for RaF?

recruit a friend = requires new account
new account = money

scroll of resurrection = no money
