faster response time too. I remember a year or so ago I had a week off work for some reason and I woke up to a hacked account. did the online stuff and they said they would investigate, but i didnt want to miss any of my wow vacation so i called them up and had it restored immediately.

Sounds pretty lame, but I am deathly scared of calling them on the phone

its odd cause i had 3 accounts linked to 1 bnet and i called about 1. they told me oh one of your accounts is banned. here we will unban it for you. i didnt even ask they offered lol

People who jack accounts sell everything, then they go get everything restored and strip it again.

Then they give the account off the a spammer.

Since you already recovered the account, they wont let you do it again.

It's a pretty bad situation.

/e in my case the bastards even replace your item slots with items which cannot be sold to vendors.

thus, if you do get a restore you get garbage.
