the polls were rigged imo, actually i doubt there was a poll, or at least not many people knew about it

6 months is too long. Less better

They had 2 polls, the first one I think a year or something longer won, then there was a outcry and a revote and 6months won by far.

6 month ladder resets the game is only dead for 5 out of 6 months. If it was 12 months the game would be dead 11 out of 12 months. Least this way we get 1 extra month per year of activity

I like the 6 month ladders but could almsot go for a 4 month ladder.

i guess the "6 months" option should have been "6 months - i prefer botting than playing"
